How do I pay by credit card ?
To pay by credit card, we require the following details - type of credit card, card holder's name, expiration date and billing address of the credit card. We will email you an authorisation form to fill out and forward back to us. We will then issue your ticket and forward it to you .

How can I pay for my ticket purchased from Sky Travel
We accept the following modes of payment for all purchases - credit card, eftpos/net banking, cheque, bank cheque and cash.

How do I pay by direct banking?
You can directly pay through your bank account by internet banking or you can go to your bank and ask them to transfer the required amount to Sky account .Once you have confirmed your booking the consultant will give you the details to enable you to do this.

What are the cancellation charges ?
Every ticket issued does have a cancellation fee. Ask your consultant for this fee as it varies dependent upon the type of ticket and the airline and the conditions of the ticket or other service you cancel.
Non refundable tickets ?

What is a non refundable ticket ?
This is a ticket or service that is completely non refundable whatever the circumstances. We advise you to take out Travel Insurance that covers such loss due to missing the flight ,unable to travel etc.
AIRPORT TAX DELHI & MUMBAI

Do I need to pay these taxes ?
Yes you will be required to pay airport tax at Mumbai and Delhi airports if your ticket was issued before March 09 .The amounts as follows 600/- Mumbai and 1300/-Delhi .For tickets issued after 1st March the tax will be charged when paying for the ticket .This tax is for the new airport modernisation projects. Who is responsible for this??
Any local airport taxes for any airport around the world are usually in your ticket but sometimes they are not due to change of policy of the airport/country. Any local airport taxes that come into effect after ticket is issued have to be paid for by the customer at the respective location and are not in any way the responsibility of Sky Travel or any other agency issuing the ticket on behalf of Sky Travel. This can happen at any given time and notice can be given to the issuing agents only hours before the policy change so it is not always possible to contact every passenger to whom this applies. We will endeavour to keep you abreast of the changes as and when we receive the information but cannot guarantee that we can forward it due to unforseen circunstances etc. Pls make sure you give a contact no at your destination so you can be informed.
E tickets
An e-Ticket is an electronic ticket issued by our office showing your name as per passport ,flight details,reservation no,e-Ticket no.Keep this print out with you in your travel documents as it will be required for entering the airport in some countries and for checking in.

How and when will I get my ticket/voucher ?
E-TICKETS - Electronic tickets are issued for all sectors. Delivery timeline: The electronic ticket details will be emailed to your email id or handed to you personally once full payment has been made.

Can I get my tickets/voucher delivered to a PO Box
Courier companies do not deliver shipments to P.O. Box addresses as a signature is required on receipt of a package.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?
You will need to show your e-Ticket printout at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time. You will be required to present your passport.Your name on the e-Ticket will match that in your passort exactly .Please ensure you have given correct details to your travel consultant.

What name to use on airline ticket ?
Your name as per passport must be used on your e-ticket .You must check the itinerary with your travel consultant before they issue the ticket to avoid further charges and problems.

How will I get an infant ticket ?
An infant ticket will also be an e-ticket but some airlines are still using paper tickets . For an infant ticket, it is mandatory to carry the passport of the infant along with the e-Ticket or paper ticket.

How and when do I get my STPC hotel voucher
STPC Vouchers for hotels will come approx 2 weeks prior to departure to our office. You can collect from the office you made your booking or Vouchers will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you.This could incur courier charges.Pls ask your travel consultant what that charge would be.
Schedule changes

What if there is a schedule change??
Unfortunately the airlines do make schedule changes and are out of our control.We are often informed at the last minute of this. It is often during the peak season and occurs on all airlines occasionally. Pls help us to serve you well by advising your travel consultant of your contact details at your final destination so we can re-schedule you with the least inconvience as possible.

How/When will I get my refund if I paid by credit card ?
We will require a fee for the processing of this refund. This usually takes 4 weeks.Sometimes it can take longer. the refund amount will be paid directly into your credit card.

How will I get my refund if I paid by net banking/cash/cheque?
We will process this refund for you.This usually takes 4-6 weeks . Once we have received notification from the airlines that they have forwarded the refund to us you will be informed so we can pay you by cheque or internet banking.
